All bids are binding. Placing a maximum (proxy) bid authorises Mosham Autos to bid on your behalf up to that amount. The highest bid when the timer ends wins, subject to any reserve price.
Bids placed in the final minutes of an auction extend the closing time, ensuring a fair opportunity for all bidders.
Prices for listed vehicles are as displayed. A vehicle is reserved once a deposit is received.
Buyers will be contacted to complete payment and arrange import, clearing and delivery. Applicable duties and fees are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Vehicles are sold as described. Buyers are encouraged to review all details and request additional information before purchase.
Fraudulent bids or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension. Mosham Nig Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any auction or listing at its discretion.
